SALARY RANGE: $18.00/Hr
ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES AND CULTURAL VALUES
- Mows, trims and maintains all grass areas of the golf course. Keeps grass green, healthy and free of weeds.
- Performs landscape maintenance as needed, including but not limited to raking, weeding, irrigation system repair, and other maintenance tasks.
- Performs minor maintenance on golf course equipment as needed, including golf carts, mowers, trimmers, etc. Ensures all equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
- Must be at least 17 years of age.
- At least one year of experience performing lawn and/or landscape maintenance, especially at a golf course, is highly preferred.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, see, and use hands and fingers to touch, handle, grasp, push and pull. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Work is generally performed indoors, and may include lifting up to 30 lbs. on occasion. The noise level is usually moderate.
